An upper level low pressure system that gave us rain this week is moving northeast. SEATTLE — A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for much of Central and Eastern Washington. The National Weather Service issued the Watch for the Cascades of Washington state and 20 counties. It will remain in effect until midnight.
