FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — The entire Wild Waves Theme and Water Park property would be cleared and replaced with a roughly 1 million-square-foot warehouse under newly disclosed project plans. According to project plans submitted May 13 to the City of Federal Way, the proposed Panattoni Project Podium would redevelop the amusement park site at 36201 Enchanted Parkway South.
