After winning a nationwide vote, the U.S. Postal Service is reissuing a fan favorite Mister Rodgers stamp. WASHINGTON — Mister Rogers is heading back to neighborhoods across America…well, to their mailboxes, at least. The U.S. Postal Service announced Sunday that the beloved 2018 Mister Rogers stamps won the USPS Stamp Encore contest.
